Registration

We are busy planning the 70th Annual Jack Summerall Family Gathering and invite you to register and join us for this historic occasion. Please take a moment and read the following information regarding registration, volunteering, the souvenir booklet, ads and vendors.   

During the 2024 business meeting, the family voted to increase registration fees for adults and adult late registration. Youth and children's fees remain the same. Electronic payments must be submitted by July 15th, and mailed payments must be postmarked by July 15th. Late adult registration fees will apply starting July 16, 2025.  Following are the two options for registering and paying. 

Register and Pay Online 

Register online and submit your payment using a credit card or the Cash app. Payments are securely processed through the Square portal and the processing fee will be added and displayed at checkout. Registration must be received by July 15, 2025 in order to avoid late fees.

Return Registration Form and Payment by Mail 

Download and complete the registration form and return it, along with your check or money order by mail. Registration must be postmarked by July 15th in order to avoid late fees.

Would you like to volunteer or participate in the daily programs during the family gathering? Let us know in the Volunteer and Program Participation section on the form. 

This year adults can decide how many souvenir booklets they would like. Make your selection in the Family Gathering Souvenir Booklet section on the form.

Buy an ad to celebrate a milestone, honor a loved one, or share a special photo or message in the Family Gathering Souvenir Booklet. Ads are available in full ($100), half ($50) or quarter ($25) pages and patron/name only ($10) formats. Descriptions and prices are listed on the form. Participate in vendor opportunities and showcase your products and/or services at the Family Gathering ($50). Contact both of the following: Jsfgprogram@gmail.com and jackprogram2025@gmail.com

4. Click submit and follow instructions for completing payment.
5. You will receive a confirmation notification when the form and payment are successfully submitted and received by JSFG.

3. Print two copies of the completed registration.
