It's time to apply for a scholarship or donation (depending on availability of funds) for 2025! Funds will be awarded to students who apply and meet the eligibility requirements as noted in the application form. This is a one-time scholarship/donation to the student. 

HOW TO APPLY 

Applications should be postmarked or email by July 15, 2025. 

The application packet must include the following:

1. Complete application form

2. Official high school or other school transcript

3. Proof of college or university acceptance

4. Two letters of recommendation

5. Community service

6. Essay

Please include a photograph (wallet size) if possible.
