JSFG Registration

We are busy planning the 71st Annual Jack Summerall Family Gathering and invite you to register and join us for this joyous occasion. 

At the 2025 JSFG Business Meeting, the family voted to increase registration fees to cover rising costs for the annual gathering. The fees are as follow:

2026 JSFG REGISTRATION FEES

•  $10.00 - Children Ages 6 and under
• $50.00 - Children and Youth Ages 7 to 17
• $125.00 - Adults Ages 18 to 79. $135.00 Late Registration Fee Begins July 16, 2026
• No Fee - Super Seniors Ages 80+ 

 FEE STRUCTURE FOR JSFG FAMILY ANNOUNCEMENTS
At the 2025 JSFG Business Meeting, the family voted to establish a new fee structure for placing JSFG family announcements in the JSFG Souvenir Booklet. Family announcements have traditionally been included at no cost. Rising printing expenses have made this difficult to sustain, so the following fee structure has been created to help cover production costs: 

•    $10.00 -  Patron/Name Only
•    $25.00 -  Quarter Page
•    $50.00 -  Half Page
• $100 .00 - Full Page

 MEAL PACKAGE
At the 2025 JSFG Business Meeting the family approved removing the Thursday night snack and Friday retreat lunch from the meals included in the registration fees. For the 2026 gathering, the covered meals will include Friday night dinner, the Saturday picnic, and Sunday dinner. (In 2025, a family member generously sponsored the Thursday evening snack.) 

VENDOR RATE UNCHANGED

Reserve space to showcase your products and/or services at the family gathering for $50. Email the program co-chairs for vendor information after registering and completing payment. Jsfgprogram@gmail.com and jackprogram2025@gmail.com  

Booklet Privacy and Formats

Adults can choose a privacy option that allows contact information to be published in the souvenir booklet or just name only.  Adults can choose to receive souvenir booklets in print and/or digital formats. Print booklets and other items in the registration packet are not guaranteed for registrations postmarked or submitted after July 15, 2026. 

Share your talent and skill! Volunteer for projects and/or participate in the daily programming. Let us know in the Volunteer and Program Participation section on the registration form.

Register and Pay Online 

Register online and submit your payment using a credit card or the Cash app. Payments are securely processed through the Square portal and the processing fee will be added and displayed at checkout. Online Registration must be received by July 15, 2026. Late registration fees for adults ages 18-79 begins July 16, 2026. 

Return Registration and Payment by Mail 

Download and complete the registration form and return it, along with your check or money order by mail. Registration must be postmarked by July 15, 2026. Late registration fees for adults ages 18-79 begins July 16, 2026. 

Souvenir Booklet Family Announcement

After selecting and paying for your family announcement on the registration form, go to the website  Forms - Family Announcement page. Download, complete and submit the form per instructions. Announcements postmarked or submitted after July 15, 2026 cannot be guaranteed placement in the souvenir booklet.
