Military Recognition

Our Family

Our family has a long history of service in the armed forces, from the Civil War to current times, and we are honored to recognize those who are active duty, reservist or veterans. We are creating a database to document service and encourage folks to begin collecting and documenting available information. The Military Recognition form can be submitted online or downloaded, completed and returned by email or regular mail. Those desiring inclusion in the 2026 JSFG souvenir booklet must submit information by July 15, 2026.
