JSFG Souvenir Booklet Family Announcement

At the 2025 JSFG Business Meeting, members voted to establish a new fee structure for placing JSFG family announcements in the JSFG Souvenir Booklet. Family announcements have traditionally been included at no cost. Rising printing expenses have made this difficult to sustain, so the following fee structure has been created to help cover production costs:

  $10.00 - Patron/Name Only
  $25.00 - Quarter Page
  $50.00 - Half Page
$100.00 - Full Page

1. Determine the size of your announcement using the template on this page.
2. Register for the gathering and include announcement payment.
3. Download the Family Announcement form on this page and complete it by hand or on your computer.
4. Submit the form and any photos to the co-program chairs Jsfgprogram@gmail.com and jackprogram2025@gmail.com
